Are there any mods to stop base raids and night attacks in Valheim?
Short answer
Yes. Mods can turn off the random 'the ground is shaking' style raid events entirely, or let you fine-tune their frequency and conditions so attacks only happen when you want them.
Allows you to plant evenly spaced crops, either one at a time or in any amount of rows and columns, with grid snapping features and invalid crop placement prevention. Harvest in bulk and optionally auto replant crops. Configurable and supports gamepad.
Localized, recolored, refined. Split view mode. Config files editor. Setting edit window. Changed values are highlighted. Prevent user input or pause the game while window is open. Window scale depends on game scale.
Four customizable seasons. Different visual flavor for every season, seasonal impact on gameplay. Frozen water and ice floes in Winter. Different weather, raids, lightings and trader items. New special spring grass. Minimal impact on fps.

The details
A world-rules mod like ZenWorldSettings exposes event and raid controls among many other toggles — the convenient one-panel option if you also want to tweak other rules.
There are also dedicated event/raid mods that let you disable specific raid types, change their trigger conditions, or turn off night spawns near your base while keeping combat elsewhere.
If your real goal is 'let me build in peace but keep the game challenging outdoors', tune frequency down rather than disabling events outright — many mods support that middle ground.
Not in the base game. There's no vanilla toggle for raid events; you need a world-rules or event mod (or a community-config server) to disable or tune them.
Do enemies still spawn at night if I disable raids?
Disabling raid events doesn't stop normal night spawns. Some mods separately control night/base spawns, so check whether you want both off.
