Yes. You can raise the carry-weight cap to any number (effectively removing it), or attack the problem sideways by increasing stack sizes so the same haul weighs the same but takes fewer trips.

The details
PackHorse directly raises your maximum carry weight — set it to a huge number in the config and encumbrance stops being a thing. This is the most direct answer to 'remove the weight limit'.
ItemStacks raises stack limits instead, so a stack of 50 ore takes one slot instead of several. You still have a weight cap, but you carry far more per trip and your inventory stays tidy.
Many players combine a modest weight increase with bigger stacks rather than going fully unlimited, which keeps some of the game's logistics tension while removing the tedium.
