PackHorse directly raises your maximum carry weight — set it to a huge number in the config and encumbrance stops being a thing. This is the most direct answer to 'remove the weight limit'.
ItemStacks raises stack limits instead, so a stack of 50 ore takes one slot instead of several. You still have a weight cap, but you carry far more per trip and your inventory stays tidy.
Many players combine a modest weight increase with bigger stacks rather than going fully unlimited, which keeps some of the game's logistics tension while removing the tedium.
