ItemStacks lets you configure maximum stack sizes, typically per category, so ore, wood and food can all stack much higher than vanilla's limits.
This is often a better fix than raising weight, because the bottleneck in Valheim is usually slots, not weight — a bigger stack means a full mining run fits without a second chest trip.
In multiplayer the server should share the same stack settings. Very large stacks can feel overpowered when combined with weight and inventory mods, so tune to taste.
