Vanilla Valheim blocks copper, tin, iron and other metals from portals on purpose, so the only way to teleport ore is a mod. Some simply allow ore through; others replace portal linking with map-based destinations that also lift the restriction.

TeleportEverything is the most direct fix: it lets any item — ore included — pass through portals, with per-item toggles if you want to keep some restrictions for balance.
If you also hate managing tag pairs, TargetPortal and XPortal let you name portals and pick a destination from the map, and removing the ore block comes along with that. They overlap heavily, so pick one — don't run both.
Keep in mind this trivializes the game's intended 'haul ore by boat' loop. Many players compromise by allowing ore but keeping a config that limits which metals teleport early-game.
