Proximity Inventory
One list for nearby corpses and containers. It does not add carry weight.
Proximity Inventory puts nearby corpses and containers into one list so you can take items without opening each inventory. It does not add carry weight or backpack slots. The separate FIXED Proximity Inventory listing tells you to use this original item instead.

A street full of bodies is the case it is for. You can limit it to corpses if you do not want every nearby container in the same list. Automatic pickup is a different mod and a different choice: this one still waits for you to take each item.
| Option | What you get | What you do not get | What to trust |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proximity Inventory | One list of nearby corpses and containers | Extra carry capacity | The Workshop page states B42.20+ and multiplayer. Comments on 42.21 disagree, and this page is not a playtest. |
| FIXED Proximity Inventory listing | A pointer back to the original | A second, better version | Subscribe to the original. Do not treat this fix listing as the current item. |

The Build 42 mod overview uses this same original listing. Add your build and whether you play alone or on a server if the list above is not specific enough.

No. A mod that picks items up for you is a different task. Proximity Inventory shows the items and leaves the taking to you.
