What this mod actually does

Monstrum adds eleven monsters and three summonable mini-bosses across the regular biome progression, with taming, mounts, locations, trophies, and materials.

Best for

It fits worlds that need more creature variety before the Deep North, especially alongside Warfare and Armory recipes that consume its custom drops.

Setup and configuration

Regenerate the recommended configuration after updates and use the documented Upgrade World command when adding its new locations to an existing world.

Before you install

Back up the world before location upgrades; this base package covers normal progression biomes, while MonstrumDeepNorth separately targets the Deep North.
